Returns Policy

Bamboo Data Systems, Inc (BDS) values our relationship with you and wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied with a product that you purchase directly from BDS, you may return it for a full refund, less shipping and handling.

All returns must meet the following criteria for a full refund (less shipping and handling):
Product must be returned in original box with all packaging material, contents, and accessories (i.e. “like new” condition)
Product must be unused/not installed
Return must be received within 30 days of original purchase.

To return an item, please complete the reverse side of your invoice and enclose it with the returned merchandise. For your protection, merchandise must be returned prepaid and insured via UPS, FedEx, or U.S. mail. Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, BDS will issue a corporate check to refund the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling.

If you receive a damaged product you may contact Bamboo Data Systems at customerservice@bamboodatasystems.com to request a refund or replacement. Be sure to include your name and contact information. A customer service representative will contact you to resolve your problem.
